| 摘 要： | 摘 要 目的：分析某三甲综合性医院基本药物使用情况,剖析基本药物使用不足的原因，促进对基本药物的优先使用。 方法：对该院2015年基本药物使用相关数据进行分析处理，得出基本药物品种占比和使用金额比。统计该院从2014年省基本药物目录中遴选的基本药物比例。对2015年出院患者典型病例进行优先使用基本药物分析。 结果：该院基本药物累积使用品种比例为88.94%，累计使用基本药物金额比例为10.58%，而该院基本药物占湖北省2014年基本药物目录比例40.07%。病例分析和处方用药点评发现，部分科室未优先使用基本药物。未优先使用基本药物的原因包括基本药物目录和市场的因素，医院医务管理和医务人员的因素，还有患者对基本药物认知的因素。 结论：该院基本药物使用比例未达到卫生卫计委要求水平，遴选的基本药物比例低，存在未优先使用基本药物的现象。为落实基本药物制度，并使该制度实施保障患者基本医疗需求，减少患者药费负担，需要从存在问题的各个环节进行改善。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To analysis the utilization of essential drugs in a top three general hospitals, to search for the reason of insufficient use of essential drugs,and promote the rational use of essential medicines.Methods:Data related to essentials drug us were queried from January to December 2015 by using the hospital information system ,the percent of usage amount of essential drugs were obtained by using Excel for data analysis and processing, the essential drugs list of the hospial with that of the Hubei province were also compared.The priority use of essential drugs in discharged patients were analyzed. Results: The cumulative proportion of the use of essential drugs in the hospital was 88.94%, the cumulative use amount of essential drugs ratio was 10.58%, while the essential medicine of the hospital is only 40.07% of that in Hubei Province. Some departments did not give priority to the use of basic drugs. The reasons for the non first use of essential drugs were also discussed, and the improvement suggestions were put forward. Conclusion:The proportion of essential drugs used in the hospital has not up to the requirements of Health Planning Commission, the selection of the essential drug ratio was low, there was no preferential use of essential drugs in some departments in the hospital. Analysis of the reasons for the essential drug list and market factors, hospital medical management and medical personnel factors, as there were patients on the basic drug awareness factors. For the implementation of the essential drug system, and to ensure the basic medical needs of patients, reduced the medical burden of patients, needed to improve all aspects of the problems. |
