| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)联合超声检查对诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断价值。方法:对47例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(研究组)和30例卵巢良性上皮囊肿(对照组)患者在术前进行血清sICAM-1测定和B超检查,血清sICAM-1的测定采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。结果:研究组术前血清sICAM-1的水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清sICAM-1、B超及两者联合对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断敏感性分别为78.7%、85.1%、95.7%;特异性分别为90.0%、86.7%、76.7%;准确性分别为83.1%、85.7、88.3%。结论:血清sICAM-1及B超联合检查对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断有临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of sICAM-1（soluble cell adhesion molecule） and ultrasonograph in diagnosis of ovarian endometriomas.Methods 47 patients with ovarian endometriomas and 30 patients with benign ovarian epithelia Cyst were analysed.All cases were detected the serum sICAM-1 by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and carried out the ultrasonography of type B before operation.Results The serum levels of sICAM-1 in ovarian endometriomas were higher than those in controls（P< 0.01）.The sensitivity of serum sICAM-1, ultrasonography of type B and combining two methods for diagnosis of ovarian endometrioma were 78.72％,85.10％,95.74％ respectively.The specificity were 90.00％, 86.67％,86.67％ respectively and accuracy were 83.11%,85.71,92.20% respectively.Conclusion Using ultrasonography and the serum marker sICAM-1 to examine and diagnose the ovarian endometriomas is worth generalizing in clinic. |
