| 摘 要： | 目的分析综合医院肺结核病患者转诊情况，提高转诊到位率。方法对山东省东营市综合医院转诊机制和转诊情况进行调查，并对资料分析。结果抽查肺结核患者200例，其中网络报告177例，网络漏报率11.5％；转诊166例，漏转34例，漏转率17％，转诊到位133例，转诊到位率67.9％。结论各综合医院转诊工作存在漏转和转诊不到位情况，指定专门科室负责转诊工作的医院转诊率较高。
