Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of different dimensions of health management service technology training for rural doctors in some areas of Shanxi Province and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for improving the health management service technology training for rural doctors. Methods From May to June 2021, we designed a pilot questionnaire based on the Koch model to evaluate the effectiveness of health management service technology training for rural doctors, and then conducted a formal survey from July to September 2021. Results The four dimensions of training effectiveness included the response level score (15.48±3.20), the learning level score (15.16±3.38), the behavior level score (15.27±3.32), and the outcome level score (10.61±2.86). The outcome stratum had the lowest score and the lowest score (3.49±1.07) for the entry on income improvement in the village health office on a single item. One-way ANOVA showed that there was a significant difference in the response stratum dimension among rural doctors with different postings. Bootstrap and Sobel tests indicated that there was a partial mediating effect of the learning stratum between the response stratum and the outcome stratum. Conclusion The technical training of health management services for rural doctors in some areas of Shanxi Province is effective, but there are also shortcomings, and effective teaching methods should be adopted to improve the quality of training according to the possible influencing factors of different dimensions.
