江西省疾病预防控制机构专业人员科研创新现况及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 分析江西省疾病预防控制机构专业人员的科研创新现况及影响因素,探索提升科研创新能力的途径。方法 对江西省疾控机构的专业技术人员进行调查,回收有效问卷4 489份,有效率为88.84%。通过单因素分析比较有无科研创新活动两组人群的基本特征,采用logistic回归分析专业人员科研创新活动的影响因素。结果 (1)江西省疾控机构专业人员参与科研创新活动比例为26.73%,但是有参与科研创新活动愿望的人员比例达到了82.02%。(2)影响科研创新活动的因素主要有性别、年龄、学历、受聘职称、机构级别、单位组织科研申报的及时性、参加科研能力培训的意愿等。多因素回归分析结果显示,男性、35岁以上、更高学历、中级及以上职称、省级机构、单位及时申报科研项目和有参加科研培训意愿对科研创新活动具有正向影响(P<0.05),其中硕士以上学历(OR = 51.11,95%CI:29.67~90.25)和高级职称(OR = 88.93,95%CI:44.66~185.51)产生的影响最大。结论 江西省疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员参与科研创新的比例远低于有参与科研创新意愿的比例。鼓励高学历、高职称人员开展科研创新,提升各级疾控机构的科研管理能力,强化创新意识将有助于促进江西省疾控机构的科研创新工作。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of scientific research and innovation of the professionals in disease control and prevention institutions in Jiangxi Province, and to explore measures to improve the ability of scientific research and innovation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among professionals from disease control and prevention institutions in Jiangxi Province, 4 489 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 88.84%. Single factor analysis was used to compare the basic characteristics of the two groups (personnel with scientific research innovation and those without innovation). Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of scientific research and innovation activities among the professionals. Results (1) The proportion of professional staff in Jiangxi CDC institutions participating in scientific research and innovation activities was 26.73%, but the proportion of staff with the desire to participate in such activities reached 82.02%. (2) The influencing factors included gender, age, education, employment titles, agency level, timeliness of institutions to organize scientific research declaration, and willingness to participate in scientific research ability training. The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that male, 35 years or older, higher education, intermediate and higher titles, provincial-level institutions, timely declaration of research projects, and willingness to participate in research training had positive effects on research innovation activities (P<0.05), with master’s degree or higher (OR=51.11, 95%CI: 29.67-90.25) and senior titles (OR= 88.93, 95%CI: 44.66 to 185.51) having greatest impact. Conclusion The proportion of professional and technical staff of disease prevention and control institutions in Jiangxi Province who participate in scientific research and innovation is much lower than the proportion who have the will to participate in scientific research and innovation. Encouraging highly educated and qualified personnel to carry out scientific research and innovation, improving the scientific research management capacity of CDCs at all levels, and strengthening the awareness of innovation will help promote scientific research and innovation in CDCs in Jiangxi Province.
