| 摘 要： | 肥胖已成为威胁全球居民健康的主要疾病之一，减少能量摄入和/或增加能量消耗是控制体重增加的关键方法。人体内的脂肪组织主要包括白色脂肪组织（white adipose tissue，WAT）和棕色脂肪组织（brown adipose tissue，BAT），WAT的主要功能是储存能量，而BAT可以通过非颤栗性产热消耗能量。研究发现某些天然植物活性化合物可以促进WAT棕色化从而发挥消耗能量的功能。本文就能促进WAT棕色化的天然植物多酚类化合物的相关研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Obesity has become one of the major diseases threatening the human health globally. Decreasing energy intake and/or increasing energy expenditure is the key method to control weight gain. Adipose tissue in human body mainly includes White adipose tissue (WAT) and Brown adipose tissue (BAT). The main function of WAT is to store energy, while BAT can consume energy through non-shivering thermogenesis. Studies have found that some natural bioactive compounds can promote the browning of WAT, thus exerting the energy-consuming function. This article reviews the research progress of natural plant polyphenols that can promote the Browning of WAT. |
