| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨东南沿海边防某部官兵近年来常见疾病的分布特点和规律，为边防部队官兵制订科学的疾病预防策略。方法 回顾性分析我院健康管理中心2020年福建沿海边防官兵的体检资料，分析目前常见疾病的分布情况和规律。结果 2020年受检者体检亚健康状态异常发生率由高到低前依次为：慢性咽炎(30.21%)、窦性心动过缓(20.71%)、超重(16.54%)、泌尿系结石(15.50%)、高尿酸血症(12.89%)。分析不同性别，男性受检者体检亚健康状态异常发生率由高到低前依次为：慢性咽炎(30.77%)、窦性心动过缓(21.12%)、高尿酸血症(13.57%)、泌尿系结石(13.57%)和前列腺钙化或结石(12.67%)；女性则为：泌尿系结石(27.62%)、慢性咽炎(26.67%)，窦性心动过缓(18.10%)，甲状腺结节(15.24%)和宫颈糜烂(14.29%)。慢性咽炎、泌尿系结石和窦性心动过缓阳性率在中年组最高，且中年组泌尿系结石与少年组和青年组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.02,P<0.001)。结论 2020年福建边防部队官兵常见病有特定的规律，应针对不同...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the distribution characteristics and patterns of common diseases among officers and soldiers of a department of southeast coastal border defense in recent years, and to develop scientific disease prevention strategies for officers and soldiers of border defense forces. Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical examination data from a border defense department in 2020 was conducted in the health management center of our hospital, and the distribution and regularity of common diseases in these 4 years were analyzed. Results The prevalence of abnormal physical examination sub-health status in 2020 were, in descending order, chronic pharyngitis (30.21%), sinus bradycardia (20.71%), overweight (16.54%), urinary stones (15.50%), and hyperuricemia (12.89%). When analyzed by gender, the prevalence of abnormal physical examination sub-health status in descending order were chronic pharyngitis (30.77%), sinus bradycardia (21.12%), hyperuricemia (13.57%), urinary stones (13.57%), and prostate calcification or stones (12.67%) in males and urinary stones (27.62%), chronic pharyngitis (26.67%), sinus bradycardia (18.10%), thyroid nodules (15.24%), and cervical erosion (14.29%) in females. The positive rates of chronic pharyngitis, urinary stones, and sinus bradycardia were the highest in the middle-aged group, and there was a statistically significant difference between urinary stones in the middle-aged group compared with the juvenile and youth groups (χ2=15.02, P<0.001). Conclusion There are specific patterns of common diseases among officers and soldiers of Fujian border guard force in 2020, and interventions such as dietary treatment, improvement of lifestyle and military training methods should be taken to reduce the occurrence of chronic diseases and sub-health status and improve the combat effectiveness of the force in response to the disease characteristics of border guard officers and soldiers of different ages and genders. |
