微课联合翻转课堂在ICU护生临床带教中的应用研究

摘    要: 目的 探究微课联合翻转课堂在ICU护生临床带教中的应用效果。 方法 选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2019年6-8月进入ICU实习的护生30名为对照组,采用传统方法进行实习带教;选取2019年9-11月进入ICU实习的护生30名为观察组,采用微课联合翻转课堂教学法进行实习带教。比较2组实习护生理论考试、技能操作成绩、综合能力以及带教满意度情况,从而评价微课联合翻转课堂教学法在ICU实习护生带教的成效。 结果 观察组护生的理论考试成绩、技能考核、综合能力、带教满意度得分均高于对照组(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。 结论 微课联合翻转课堂教学模式能有效提高ICU实习护生临床实践综合能力。

The application value of "Micro-course combined with flipped classroom" in clinical teaching of ICU nursing students

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of "Micro-course combined with flipped classroom" in clinical teaching of ICU nursing students. Methods Thirty nursing students from June to August 2019, and 30 nursing students from September to November 2019 of ICU in The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were divided into the control group and observation group, respectively.The control group and observation group were taught using the raditional method and micro-class combined with flipped classroom teaching method, respectively.The theory test, skill performance, comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups, and the effects of micro-class combined with flipped classroom was evaluated. Results The scores of theory test, skill test, comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01). Conclusions The teaching mode of "micro-course combined with flipped classroom" can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of clinical practice of nursing students in ICU.
