| 摘 要： | ［摘要］目的了解铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的临床特点和耐药性,为临床用药提供参考。方法对124例铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染患者的临床资料进行综合分析，并采用国际标准Kirby Bauer法对该菌进行药敏试验及统计分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染多发生于全身体液免疫功能降低及呼吸道局部的防御功能低下的患者。药敏试验显示对铜绿假单胞菌较为敏感的抗菌药物有哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢他啶；耐药性较高的有头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、哌拉西林。结论尽量避免某些容易发生铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的临床因素，治疗上应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗菌药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection and provide guidance for clinical use.
