| 摘 要： | 目的 调查2006年度在医院体检的老年男性中代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病情况,以了解老年男性代谢综合征的患病情况和特点.方法 检测1 024例2006年老年男性的血糖、血脂、胰岛素、血压、身高、体重、腰臀比、胰岛素抵抗指数,并进行统计分析.结果 被调查对象中糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、代谢综合征患病比例分别为33.2%、58.33%、52.45%、18.2%、29.7%和21.8%;代谢综合征患者中糖尿病(或胰岛素抵抗)、血脂异常、高血压同时存在者约占67.2%;代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、高血压患病比例随年龄增加而升高,肥胖、血脂紊乱比例随年龄增加而下降.心脑疾病患病比例随危险因素的聚集而逐渐升高.Logistic回归分析显示年龄、餐后血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、体重指数、腰臀比与胰岛素抵抗相关.结论 本次体检的老年男性具有较高的代谢综合征患病率,早期干预治疗十分必要.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome (MS) in the elderly male in Huashan Hospital in 2006. Methods Plasma glucose, lipid-profile, serium insulin, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHI), blood pressure,HOMAIR were measured in 1 024 elderly male in our hospital in 2006. Results The prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus (DM), hypertension (HBP), dislipidemia, obesity, insulin resistance (IR), MS was 33.2%, 58.33%, 52.45%, 18.2%, 29.7% and 21.8%, respectively.The common type of MS was DM/IR HBP dislipidemia (67.2%). The prevalence of MS, MS, DM, HBP increased with age, while the prevalence of obesity and dislipidemia decreased with age. The prevalence of coronary heart disease (CHD) and cerebral infarction (CI) increased with the assemblage of risk factors in MS. Logistic regression analysis results suggested that age, BMI, WHR, blood glucose (BG), triglyeride (TG) and high density lipidprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) were correlated with insulin resistence. Conclusions The MS prevalence in the elderly male in Huashan Hospital is high. |
