| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结核菌素效价减低的原因及打开后不同保存方法对其效价的影响。方法 对2 2 0例Ⅲ型活动性肺结核患者随机分 4组并采用组内自身对照方法进行试验。结果 结核菌素打开后原安瓿内保存 8h效价不减低 ,吸入注射器内 8h效价明显减低 ;球蛋白包埋不影响结核菌素皮试结果 ,而且包埋后的结核菌素在注射器内长时间保存其效价不再减低。结论 结核菌素打开后保存于安瓿中较注射器内效果好 ,用球蛋白包埋打开后的结核菌素放置于注射器内保存更好 ,可以提高结核菌素皮试阳性率 ,且无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause of the lowing titer of tuberculin and the effects of different preservative methods opened tuberculin on its titer. Methods Active pulmonary tuberculosis of type Ⅲ in 220 cases were divided into 4 groups randomly and experimented by auto-control intracutaneous test with purified protein derivative(PPD). Result There was no decrease of titer of opened PPD placed in the ampule for 8 hours, but the titer of PPD was diminished in intracutaneous test when it placed in the syringe for 8 hours . The titer of PPD embedded with immunoglobulin didn ,t affected. The PPD placed in the syringe for long term, its titer did not decrease any long. Conclusion The preservation of the diluted tuberculin in the amplue are better than that in the syringe; tuberculin embeded with immunoglobulin preserved in the syringe is better, and it can effectively increase the positive rates of tuberculin skin tests. |
