| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小剂量氧氟沙星片联合三金片巩固治疗尿路感染的临床疗效.方法:将尿路感染患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组42例选用敏感抗生素治疗10～14 d后,口服小剂量氧氟沙星片治疗3个月,随访2年.治疗组56例,在对照组基础上联合三金片治疗3个月,随访2年.结果:治疗组2年内复发和重新感染率8.3%,明显低于对照组的38.09%(P＜0.05).结论:口服小剂量氧氟沙星片联合三金片巩固治疗尿路感染方便、有效、价廉、副作用小,治疗尿路感染可显著降低复发和重新感染率. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of small dose of ofloxacin combined with SanJin-Pian on the preventive treatment for Urinary system infection.Methods: A total of 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The 42 patients of control group were treated by susceptive antibiotics for 10-14 days,and treated by small dose of ofloxacin for 3 months in addition to the same drugs as used in control group.Then both two groups were followed for 2 years,by statistical comparison.The 56 patients of treatment group were treated by antibiotics plus SanJin-Pian for tree monthes,follow-up for 2 years.Results:The recurrence and re-infection rate of treatment group was 8.3% in the two-year follow-up,significant lower than the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of small dose of ofloxacin combined with SanJin-Pian is more effective,and less adverse reactions.It can reduce recurrence and re-infection rate on the preventive treatment for urinary system infection. |
