摘    要:目的 :探讨冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架安置 (PTCA+stent)对急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者 QT离散度 (QTd)的影响 ,以及梗死部位对 QTd变化的影响。方法 :AMI患者 70例 ,按体表心电图定位分类 ,均成功施行 PTCA+stent,分别记录术前、术后 1、5、7d的 12导联心电图 ,计算 QTd及 QTcd。结果 :各组患者 QTd比对照组显著增加(P<0 .0 1) ,不同梗死部位时 QTd、QTcd变化的影响无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,各组 QTd、QTcd术前与术后 1d比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,术后 5 d、7d与术后 1d比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :AMI患者 QTd增大 ,PTCA+stent可以明显缩短 AMI患者 QTd

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the effct of coronary angioplasty and stent implantation on QT dispersion(QTd) of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). METHODS:This retrospective study was performed on 70 patients with AMI who successfully underwent pecutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) and stent implantation. We examined the QTd and corrected QTd(QTcd) of standard 12-lead electrocardiogram of patients before and 1,5,7 day after PTCA and stent. RESULTS:Before PTCA and stent,the QTd and QTcd of all patients significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01),and 1 dafter operation,reduced remarkably(P<0.01). The changes of QTd and QTcd were similar in different location of myocardial infarction(P>0.05). CONCLUSION:The QTd increased in patients with AMI,and reduced significanfly after PTCA and stent.
