| 摘 要： | 目的：分析新生儿梅毒的临床特点。方法：对12例新生儿梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组首发症状为：窒息（3例）、气促发绀（2例）、四肢活动障碍（1例）、皮肤黄染（1例）、抽搐（1例）；4例无症状；合并肝脾肿大6例，贫血2例，皮疹2例。12例患者血清TPHA检测均阳性，11例患儿脑脊液生化异常或TPHA阳性，脑脊液生化以蛋白异常为多见；5例患儿血清中监测到病毒IgM抗体，以EB病毒感染最常见。结论：新生儿梅毒临床表现复杂多样，神经系统容易受累,易合并病毒感染。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical features of congenital syphilis ( CS) . Methods: The clinical data of 12 patients with CS were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The initial symptoms of 12 congenital syph-ilis patients included choke (3 cases), polypnea and cyanosis (2 cases), quadriplegia (1 case), xantho-chromia ( 1 case) , convulsion ( 1 case) and asymptom ( 4 cases) . Hepatosplenomegaly was seen in 6 cases, anemia in 2 and rash in 2. Treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay ( TPHA) test of serum samples was positive in all the 12 patients. Increase in WBC count or protein elevation or positivity of TPHA in cerebrospi-nal fluid were positive in 11 cases. Many kinds of virus antibody-IgM were detected in the sera of 5 patients, especially EB virus. Conclusion:The clinical presentation of CS is various and CS is also associated with neu-rological damage. It is liable to be infected by many kinds of virus. |
