| 摘 要： | 目的:研究ING4与VEGF在卵巢癌中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测104例卵巢组织中ING4与VEGF的表达情况，并用CD43标记血管内皮计数MVD。结果:ING4蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中表达呈阶梯性降低，三组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，VEGF蛋白在正常卵巢组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中表达呈阶梯形增高，三组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。ING4的表达随着FIGO分期升高和病理分级的降低表达减弱，各组间有显著差异(P＜0.01)。VEGF的表达随着FIGO分期升高和病理分级的降低表达增强，各组间有显著差异(P＜0.05）。ING4和VEGF在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈负相关（r=-0.29，P＜0.05）。ING4表达阴性者MVD高于ING4阳性者(P＜0.01)，VEGF表达阳性者MVD高于VEGF阴性者(P＜0.05)。联合分析表明ING4阴性VEGF阳性组预后比其它蛋白表达组明显较差(P＜0.05)。结论:ING4和VEGF表达与卵巢癌的发生发展和血管生成、转移、预后密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:Researching the expression of ING4 and VEGF in ovarian tumors,and its relationship with ovarian cancer occurrence and development.Methods:Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression between ING4 and VEGF in 104 cases of ovarian tissue.CD34 was used as a marker of vascular endothelial cell to amount MVD.Results:The ING4 protein expression in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer,ovarian tissue reduced.The differences between these three groups have statistical significance (P＜0.01).The VEGF protein expression in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer,ovarian tissue increased.The differences between these three groups have statistical significance (P＜0.01).With the increasing of FIGO stage and the decrease of histopathological grade,the expression of ING4 abated,there were significant differences between them (P＜0.01).Otherwise,the expression of VEGF increased with the increasing of FIGO stage and the decrease of histopathological grade,there were significant differences between them (P＜0.05).The expression of ING4 and VEGF in ovarian was negatively correlated（r=-0.29,P＜0.05）.The expression of MVD in ING4 negative group is higher than the ING4 positive group(P＜0.01).The expression of MVD in VEGF positive group is higher than the VEGF negative group(P＜0.05).The group of ING4 negative and VEGF positive had significantly poorer prognosis compared with other protein expression group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ING4 and VEGF was closely related to the development and metastasis of ovarian cancer. |
