| 摘 要： | 目的比较天然牙、比色片和金瓷修复体三者之间的颜色差异。方法采用ShadeEyeNCC电脑比色仪分别对50颗天然切牙、相应的比色片以及金瓷修复体进行测色,以CIE1976L*a*b*色度系统表示。结果视觉比色过程中,天然牙与比色板之间的色差在0.48～1.69范围内;金瓷修复体与相应比色片之间的色差在4.36～6.72范围;天然牙与金瓷修复体色度差在3.88～6.98范围内。结论天然牙、相应比色片以及金瓷修复体之间色差较大。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the color differences among the natural tooth,the shade tab and metal ceramic restoration.Methods The color values of the 50 natural teeth,selected shade tabs and metal ceramic restorations were measured by Shofu shadeEye NCC,and the color data were calculated with CIE1976L*a*b* system.Results The △E value between 50 natural teeth and the selected shade tabs was 0.48～1.69,the △E value between metal ceramic restorations and the selected shade tabs was 4.36～6.72,and the △E value between 50 natural teeth and metal ceramic restorations was 3.88～6.98.Conclusion There are differences in colors among natural teeth,the selected shade tabs and the metal ceramic restorations. |
