| 摘 要： | 目的:观察游离股前外侧皮瓣修复肢体软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:应用游离股前外侧皮瓣治疗不同部位肢体组织缺损25例,其中单纯应用21例,与游离腓骨移植组合应用1例,与拇再造同时应用3例。25例中14例带股前外侧神经终支与受区神经吻合。结果:25例共25块移植皮瓣中,23例未发生危象,完全成活;2例出现血管危象,皮瓣坏死;1例手掌部及2例足背部皮瓣修复术后外形欠满意做修薄手术。术后经6~24个月随访,14例吻合带神经皮瓣感觉不同程度恢复,S2 5例,S36例,S4 3例。23例功能及外形恢复满意。结论:游离股前外侧皮瓣存活率高,外形美观,特别适合有美容要求的年轻患者,是修复肢体组织缺损的理想皮瓣。
