| Abstract: | Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with abnormal activation of the immune system. Its exact pathogenesis is not well known. However, in recent years, the role of immune response disorders in the pathophysiology of psoriasis has received increasing attention. Dendritic cells, as innate immune cells, play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. They initiate and regulate the immune response of T cells by regulating inflammation-related factors and signal pathways. The research progress of dendritic cells in the pathogenesis of psoriasis in recent years is reviewed in this paper, in order to explore possible treatments targeting dendritic cells in the future. |
