Abstract:Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is caused by malignant transformation of mature and immature cells in the immune system,in which B lymphocytes (B cells,approximately 86% of all NHL) and a small proportion of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells (approximately 14% in developing areas).In recent years,related studies have shown that chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) play an important role in lymphocyte homing,and they have been proved to be highly expressed in a variety of solid and hematologic malignancy,showing a polytropic effect of promoting the occurrence and development of tumors by binding to their corresponding ligands.In addition,studies on the application of CXCR4 and CCR7 targeted therapy,especially in the fields of CXCR4 targeted imaging and CXCR4-directed endoradiotherapy,are very active.It is expected that there will be new developments in translational medicine in the next few years.However,there are few reports about the role of CXCR4 and CCR7 in NHL.This review summarizes the research progress of CXCL12-CXCR4 axis and CCL21-CCR7 axis in NHL mechanism,prognostic significance and therapeutic application.
