| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新型共信号分子B7-H3在急性心肌梗死(AMI)的表达情况,进一步探讨其与AMI预后的关系。方法:运用ELISA及免疫组化技术观察B7-H3在116例AMI患者的表达情况,同时把AMI患者B7-H3的检验结果与预后的关系进行分析,判断其是否有相关性。结果:AMI患者1年内心血管事件发生者比未发生者血浆B7-H3水平明显升高(P0.05)。结论:血浆B7-H3升高的幅度与AMI后患者心血管事件的发生有一定关系。
