| 摘 要： | 对影响盘状电泳的因素进行了实验研究,发现用6.5%的丙烯酰胺,以硼砂硼酸为电极缓冲液,不加浓缩胶,封水时保持清晰界面,加适量的Triton-X-100等为最佳条件,从而建立了血清蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳快速分离法。本方法灵敏、快速、提高了分辨率,结果满意。

| Abstract: | The affected factors of disc electrophoresis are tested and studied.It is found that when 6.5% acrylamide and the buffer solution of electrophoresis as na- trium biboricum and borac acid without adding concentrated gel are used to seal the water,the outline of the surface appears clear,when the Proper amount of TritonX-100 and so on is put in, the condition is the best.In this way the quickly separating method about polyacry lamide gel disc e- lectrophorisis of plasma protein- s is estabuished.This method is sensitive and quick and has rais- ed resolving power,the result is satisfactory. |
