| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小牛血去蛋白提取物对乳腺癌患者术后放射治疗所致皮肤损伤的预防及治疗作用。方法:收集我院2015年1月至2016年12月乳腺癌改良根治术后行术后辅助放射治疗的100例患者，随机分为两组，对照组50例患者，行放射治疗同时予以常规皮肤保护剂外用；试验组50例患者，放射治疗开始时，常规皮肤护理同对照组，同时试验组予以小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液0.2 g每日一次静点。放射治疗结束时将对照组出现Ⅱ度以上（38例）皮肤反应者分为A组和B组，B组（20例）予以小牛血去蛋白提取物生理盐水溶液湿敷（小牛血去蛋白提取物0.2 g+生理盐水50 ml）。结果:两组患者放射性皮肤损伤发生率均为100%，但试验组重度皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组，且试验组皮肤损伤出现在放射治疗剂量40 Gy之前比率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），小牛血去蛋白提取物溶液湿敷可促进皮肤损伤修复。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物可降低乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗所致皮肤损伤的程度，延缓皮肤损伤出现的时间，保证放射治疗顺利完成，且加快皮肤损伤修复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of actoveginon on skin lesions after radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer.Methods:We collected 100 cases of adjuvant radiotherapy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital from Januarly 2015 to 2016 December.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 patients in the control group,who received radiotherapy and received routine skin protectant.The experimental group consisted of 50 patients who received conventional skin care at the beginning of the radiation treatment,and at the same time,the experimental group was given actovegin 0.2 g one quiet point.Radiation therapy at the end of the second degree or above the control group（38 cases) skin reactions were divided into A group and B group,B group（20 cases) to actovegin with saline（actovegin 0.2 g+ saline 50 ml).Results:2 groups of patients with radioactive dermatitis incidence was 100%,but the test group of severe skin injury incidence rate lower than the control group,and experimental group before treatment 40 Gy skin injury in radiation dose rate was significantly lower than the control group（P＜0.05),and wet application of actovegin can promote skin injury and repair.Conclusion:Actovegin can reduce the degree of skin reaction after modified radical mastectomy,delay the time of skin injury,and ensure the successful completion of radiotherapy,and also speed up skin damage repair. |
