| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌在我国特别是南方地区是高发肿瘤。随着影像技术的发展及调强放疗技术的推广，鼻咽癌局部控制有了明显提高，其治疗失败主要原因为远处转移。而转移性鼻咽癌以全身姑息化疗为主，预后差，治疗目标为改善生存质量，尽可能延长生存时间。因此探讨新的治疗模式势在必行。维持治疗模式在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中得到了充分的肯定，近年来已有众多学者对转移性鼻咽癌维持治疗进行探索性研究。本文主要对化疗药物、靶向药物维持治疗转移性鼻咽癌研究现状进行全面的阐述，并进一步展望转移性鼻咽癌维持治疗的前景。

| Abstract: | China，especially in the south，is a high incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.With the development of imaging technology and the promotion of intensity modulated radiation therapy，the local control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been significantly improved.The main reason for the failure of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is distant metastasis.However，systemic palliative chemotherapy for metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma is poor.The arm of treatment is to improve the quality of life and prolong survival times.Therefore，it is imperative to explore the new mode of treatment.The maintenance treatment mode has been fully affirmed in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.In recent years，many scholars have explored the maintenance therapy for metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.This article mainly describes the research status of chemotherapeutic drugs and biological targeted drugs in the treatment of metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma，and further prospects the prospect of maintenance therapy for metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
