| 摘 要： | 卵巢癌是妇科恶性肿瘤中死亡率较高的肿瘤之一，大多数卵巢癌诊断时已经是中晚期。中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（NLR）作为最常见的炎症标志物，其与卵巢癌的关系是近年来的研究热点。有研究显示术前NLR与卵巢癌的OS和EFS均相关，且NLR越高，其判断卵巢癌预后的价值较高。本文就术前NLR与卵巢癌预后的关系予以综述。

| Abstract: | Ovarian cancer is one of the higher mortality rates in gynecological malignancies.Most ovarian cancer is diagnosed in the middle and late stages.Neutrophils and lymphocyte ratio (NLR) as the most common inflammatory markers，and its relationship with ovarian cancer is a hot topic in recent years.Studies have shown that preoperative NLR and ovarian cancer OS and EFS are related，and the higher the NLR，the prognosis of ovarian cancer to determine the higher value.This article reviews the relationship between preoperative NLR and prognosis of ovarian cancer. |
