| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:将2008年04月至2017年07月纵隔肿瘤患者91例，分为胸腔镜手术治疗组(VATS)42例与传统开胸手术治疗组(TH)49例，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、术后胸腔闭式引流时间、术后并发症等发生情况。结果:胸腔镜组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数、术后胸腔闭式引流时间、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔肿瘤术中出血量少、住院时间短、术后康复快、术后并发症发生率低，安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical effects between thoracoscopic surgery and traditional thoracotomy in the treatment of mediastinal tumor.Methods:There were 91 mediastinal tumor patients receiving surgical treatment.They were randomly divided into observation group which received thoracoscopic surgery（42 cases） and control group which received traditional thoracotomy（49 cases）.Operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospital stay,drainage time,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had much lower intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,hospital stay,postoperative drainage time,and incidence of complications than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic surgery has advantages of lower intraoperative bleeding volume,and lower incidence of complications.It brings quick postoperative recovery and short hospital stay for patients.This method has high safety and it contains value of popularization and application. |
