| 摘 要： | 目的:分析引起男性乳腺肿块常见疾病的超声声像图表现特征，以提高其超声诊断率。方法:回顾性分析72例因乳腺肿块而手术的男性乳腺疾病患者的声像图资料及临床特点，归纳引起男性乳腺肿块的常见疾病。结果:术后病理包括男性乳腺发育症41例，男性乳腺癌21例，慢性乳腺炎5例，脂肪瘤3例，纤维腺瘤1例，脂肪坏死1例。本组超声诊断符合率为93.1%。结论:男性乳腺发育症和男性乳腺癌是引起男性乳腺肿块常见的病因，超声能明确诊断大多数类型的男性乳腺发育症及乳腺癌。边界不清型乳腺发育及罕见的男性乳腺慢性炎症及脂肪坏死的确诊仍有赖于病理诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the ultrasonography of common disease that may cause male breast masses,and to improve the accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods:Seventy-two male patients who had operation because of male breast masses were collected.The ultrasonography and clinical findings were retrospectively analyzed,and the common diseases,which may cause male breast masses were summarized.Results:The postoperative pathology showed the gynecomastia in 41 patients,breast cancer in 21 patients,mastitis in 5 patients,lipomas in 3 patients,fibroadenoma in 1 patient,and fat necrosis in 1 patient.The total accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 93.1%.Conclusion:Gynecomastia and male breast cancer are common casuses of male breast masses.Most patterns of gynecomatia and breast cancer can be diagnosed correctly by typical ultrasonography presentation generally,while the diagnosis of poorly defined pattern of gynecomatia and some rare diseases like breast mastitis and fat necrosis still depend on the histopathological diagnosis. |
