| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌组织中CCR8表达情况与临床病理特征及预后间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测94例胃癌组织及其30例癌旁组织中CCR8的表达情况，并对临床病理资料和预后因素进行分析比较。结果:胃癌组织中CCR8阳性蛋白表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)；CCR8表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、组织学分级等无关(均P>0.05)，而与肿瘤的T分期、N分期及TNM分期有关(均P<0.01)；Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示胃癌中CCR8高表达患者的生存期短于低表达患者(P<0.05)；Cox多因素分析表明CCR8的表达为影响胃癌预后的独立危险因素(HR=6.121，95%CI:3.389~11.054，P<0.001).结论:CCR8在胃癌组织中高表达，与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期呈正相关，可作为判断胃癌预后差的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of CCR8 in gastric cancer and explore its relationship with clinicopathological features，and to explore its value in judging the prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods:The expression of CCR8 in the data of 94 gastric cancer specimens and 30 adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical （IHC) method.The relationship among the CCR8 expression，clinicopathological features and prognostic factors were analyzed．Results:Positive expression rate of CCR8 in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than those in tumor-adjacent tissue (both P<0.01).CCR8 expressions were irrelevant to the gender，age，diameter，location，or degree of tumor differentiation of gastric cancer patients (all P>0.05)，but significantly associated with T stage，N stage and TNM stage of gastric cancer patients (all P<0.01).Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that the median survival time in the patients with positive CCR8 expression was shorter than that in the patients with negative CCR8 expression (P<0.05).Cox multiple factors analysis showed than positive CCR8 expression was an independent prognostic factor of poor survival (HR=6.121，95%CI:3.389~11.054，P<0.001).Conclusion:CCR8 was over-expressed in gastric cancer and positively related to infiltration depth，lymph node metastasis and TNM staging，and CCR8 may be expected to be a marker of poor prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. |
