| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨神经内镜手术治疗儿童中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2014年1月至2017年1月应用神经内镜手术治疗 29 例儿童中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿患儿的临床资料，男19例，女10例，年龄 2～13 岁，平均年龄5.6岁。结果:29 例患儿术后随访 3 ～ 38个月，平均15个月。术后症状消失 22例,症状改善 5 例,无变化 2 例。术后囊肿消失7 例，囊肿缩小18例，囊肿无变化4例。本组患者术后无死亡及严重并发症。结论:神经内镜手术治疗儿童中颅窝蛛网膜囊肿是一种较为理想的微创手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of neuroendoscopic operation treatment for patients with middle cranial fossa arachnoid cyst．Methods:The endoscopic surgery for middle cranial fossa arachnoid cyst in 29 cases from January 2014 to January 2017 was analyzed,male 19 cases,10 females,the age of 2 years old to 13 years old,with an average age of 5.6 years,the clinical material was followed-up.Results:Follow-up was 3 months to 38 months,average of 15 months.Symptoms disappeared in 22 of 29 patients,and 5 cases improved,and 2 no obvious change.Imaging review showed that arachnoid cyst disappeared in 7 of 29 patients,and 18 cases improved,and 4 no change.Conclusion:Neuroendoscopy is an effective management for middle cranial fossa arachnoid cyst in children with minimal invasion,safety,less complication and quick recovery. |
