普外科护士工作压力、应对策略与主观幸福感的差异及相互关系

摘    要:目的 普外科护士在医院上承受大量的工作压力,而心理健康与主观幸福感能帮助护士改善精神状态。本文旨在探讨普外科护士的工作压力、应对策略、主观幸福感的评分及相互关系。方法 采用横断面调查方案,以本地区普外科护士为主要母群体,采用分层抽样法选出2家医院普外科护士人员为研究对象。结果 普外科护士工作压力与对应策略呈低度正相关;工作压力与主观幸福感呈低度负相关;对应策略与主观幸福感呈中度正相关。普外科护士工作压力、对应策略与主观幸福感各年龄群及教育程度皆有统计学意义,大学教育程度普外科护士工作压力较大,对应策略最低,幸福感最低。不同护龄的对应策略与主观幸福感有统计学意义;其中对应策略以6~10年护龄护士高于11~20年护龄护士;主观幸福感得分在1~5年护龄及超过21年护龄的护士高于6~10护龄者。结论 创造良好的组织气氛、合理的护理人力配置、加强自我的肯定,提供面对压力的对应策略等措施,可以有效提升普外科护士的主观幸福感。

Abstract:Objective To explore scores and relationship of job stress,coping strategies,subjective well-being of general surgical nurses who are working withstand a lot of pressure on the hospital,and mental health,subjective well-being of nurses can help improve mental state.Methods A cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the general surgery nurses in this region as the main female groups.A stratified sampling method was used to select subjects in the department of general of 2 hospitals by stratified sampling method.Results General surgical nurses working pressure was low positively correlated with the coping strategies.Job stress and subjective well-being were lowly negatively correlated.Subjective well-being and coping strategies were a moderate positive correlation.General surgery nurses′ working pressure,coping strategies and subjective well-being in all age groups or education level had statistically significant difference.The working pressure/coping strategies of general surgical nurses with university education level were relatively high,leading to their subjective well-being becoming the lowest.Coping strategies and subjective well-being in different nursing age would be significantly different .Coping strategies of 6-10 years of age care nurses were higher than 11-20 years age care nurses;SWB scores of 1-5 years age care and more than 21 years age care nurses were higher than nurses with 6-10 age care.Conclusion Creating a good organizational climate,reasonable staffing,strengthen self-affirmation,providing the policy to face pressure,and some other measures can effectively enhance SWB of general surgical nurses.
