| 摘 要： | 目的 描述腹膜透析患者家庭关怀度和容量管理行为,并探讨二者关系。方法 采用家庭关怀度评估问卷、腹膜透析患者容量管理行为问卷对郑州市2所综合医院腹膜透析中心150名患者进行问卷调查。结果 腹膜透析患者的家庭关怀度总分为(7.89±1.50)分,合作度得分最低,适应度得分最高;容量管理行为总分(13.80±5.02)分;腹膜透析患者的家庭关怀度得分和容量管理行为成正相关( r=0.536,P＜0.05)。回归分析结果显示,文化程度和家庭关怀度是容量管理行为的影响因素。结论 腹膜透析患者的家庭关怀度和容量管理行为均有待提高。医护人员应重视家庭成员的参与,从而促进容量管理行为的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level of family function and capacity management of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis,and to analyze the relationship between them Methods 150 patients in the peritoneal dialysis of 2 general hospitals of Zhengzhou city were investigated with Family APGAR,Peritoneal Dialysis Volume Management Behavior Scale Results The mean score of family function was 7.89±1.50.The adaptation dimension got higher scores while the partnership got lower scoresThe mean score of volume management behavior was 13.80±5.02.The score of family function was positively correlated with the score of volume management behavior (r=0.536,P<0.05) Conclusions The family function and volume management behavior of patients needs to be further improvedHealth care workers should pay attention to the participation of family members,so as to promote the improvement of capacity management behavior. |
