摘要: | 摘要: 目的 探讨吸氧对400m运动员血液生化指标及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法 以广西师范大学12名400m运动员备战全国第六届高师运动会为吸氧组,越南岘港市12名400m运动员备战越南第七届全国运动会为对照组,分别进行4×400m接力对抗赛,在赛后抽取两组赛前、赛后即刻、赛后10min和赛后30min 血液5 mL,并测定白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压(Hct)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA和IgM)指标。结果 吸氧组RBC含量在赛后10 min高于对照组(P<0.05〖WTBZ〗);吸氧组HB含量在赛后10min和赛后30min均高于对照组(P<0.05)。吸氧组赛后10 min和30 min CK含量低于对照组(P<0.05);吸氧组赛后即刻、赛后10 min 和赛后30min CK-MB与LDH含量分别低于对照组(P<0.05)。吸氧组比赛前后各阶段IgG、IgA和IgM含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 吸氧可提高运动员氧运输能力,有利于运动性疲劳的恢复和防止运动性损伤。 |
Abstract: | Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of oxygen inhalation on biochemical indicators and immunoglobulin of 400m runners. Methods 12 male 400m runners were respectively chosen from Guangxi Normal University and ?a Nang City,Vietnam to be divided into the control group and the oxygen inhalation group.At such different phases as before 4×400m relay race,immediate after the race,10min after the race,30min after the race,5ml blood was taken from every runner in the control and oxygen inhalation groups,and White Blood Cells (WBC),Red Blood Cells (RBC),Hemoglobin (HB),Red Blood Cell Pressure (Hct),Serum Creatine Kinase (CK),Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme (CK-MB),Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH) and immunoglobulin as IgG,IgA and IgM were tested respectively. Results RBC of the oxygen inhalation group runners was higher than those of the control group runners (P<0.05).At the phases,both 10min after the race and 30min after the race,HB of the oxygen inhalation group runners were higher than those of the control group runners (P<0.05).Oxygen inhalation group CK after the math 10 min and 30 min were lower than those of the control group runners (P<0.05).Immediately,10 min and 30 min after the match,CK-MB and LDH of the oxygen inhalation group runners were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).IgG,IgA,and IgM of the oxygen group runners were all higher at different phases either before the race or after the race than those of the control group runners (P<0.05). Conclusion Atmospheric pressure oxygen inhalation enhances the runners′ oxygen freight capabilities,and can help them recover from sports fatigue and prevent them from sports injuries. |
