摘    要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血管内皮功能与氧化应激的相关性。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者20例和稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者20例以及正常对照组20例,分别采用硝酸还原酶法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法及黄嘌呤氧化法检测一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与正常对照组相比,CHD组血浆中NO、SOD水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA水平显著升高(均P<0.01)。与SA患者比较,UA患者NO水平变化更加显著(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者尤其是UA患者血管内皮功能减退,NO水平降低,与氧化应激增强有关。

Abstract:AIM To study the relationship of vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress by detecting the serum content of nitric oxide(NO),malonyldiadehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).METHODS The levels of serum NO,MDA and SOD in 20 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA),20 with stable angina pectoris(SA) and 20 normal cases were measured respectively by nitrate reductase,thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidase methods.RESULTS Compared with those in control group,the Levels of NO and SOD in CHD patients significantly decreased(P<0.01) but the levels of MDA significantly elevated(P<0.05).Compared with the patients with SA,the changes of NO were much more pronounced in patients with UA than those with SA(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The results suggest that the serum levels of NO and vascular endothelial decrease in patients with CHD,especially those with UA,which is related to the increased oxidative stress.
