| 摘 要： | 分析潜江市二医院81例晚期血吸虫病门脉高压症患者的临床资料,其中44例行门奇断流术,37例行门奇断流术联合食管下段梯状环形缝扎黏膜下血管加胃底折叠术。结果表明,门奇断流术联合食管下段梯状环形缝扎黏膜下血管加胃底折叠术安全、有效,可作为治疗晚期血吸虫病门脉高压症的常规方法。 |

| Abstract: | The clinical data of 81 patients with advanced schistosomiasis portal hypertension were analyzed. Among them, 44 cases were treated by portal-azygous disconnection and other 37 cases were treated by portal-azygous disconnection combined with ladder ring suture on submucous vascular of esophagus and nissen in the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis portal hypertension. The results showed that portal-azygous disconnection combined with ladder ring suture on submucous vascular of esophagus and nissen was effective and safe, and it could be used as a routine treatment method in advanced schistosomiasis portal hypension. |
