| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the features and general pattern of the adverse drug reaction/event(ADR/ ADE) and to make the drug use more rational.Method:All the ADR/ADE cases reported in our hospital were collected and statically analyzed in 2009.Result:A total of 78 drugs were involved in the 208 ADR/ADE,mainly anti-infectived drugs(70.67%),followed by traditional Chinese medicines(14.90%);the children that were 0 to 10 years old had higher probability of ADR/ADE occurrence(26.92%);the main route of administration... |
