四川省社招新警职业生命质量及其影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解新警职业压力、心理契约和职业生命质量的相关情况,为促进新警职业生命质量,维护其职业健康提供依据。方法 以四川省社招入警1~2年的413名新警为研究对象,采用职业生命质量量表、中文版知觉压力量表和心理契约调查问卷展开调查,分析职业压力和心理契约对新警职业生命质量的影响。结果 新警的职业生命质量总均分为( 97.82±17.10),低分组有187人,占比45.3%。413名新警中有268名新警CPSS得分≥26,处于有健康危险压力水平,压力状况阳性检出率为64.9%。新警的职业压力与职业生命质量呈显著负相关(相关系数rs = - 0.727,P<0.001);心理契约与职业生命质量呈显著正相关(相关系数rs = 0.630,P<0.001)。职业压力负向预测职业生命质量( P<0.001);心理契约的规范维度和人际维度正向预测新警的职业生命质量(P<0.001,P<0.05)。结论 新警职业生命质量状况整体欠佳。通过改善压力状况、促进心理契约中的规范维度和人际维度,可有效提升新警的职业生命质量,促进并维护其长期的职业健康。

Abstract:To investigate occupational stress, psychological contract and quality of working life of the newly recruited police, so as to provide basis for promoting occupational of working life and maintaining occupational health.Methods A total of 413 police recruited through social recruitment in Sichuan Province who had been in the police force for one to two years were selected as the research objects. The Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale, Psychological Contract Questionnaire and Quality of Working Life scale were used to investigate the effects of occupational stress and psychological contract on the occupational quality of life. Results The total average score of occupational quality of life was(97.82±17.10)points, and there were 187 people in the low-score group, accounting for 45.3%. A total of 268 out of the 413 new police had CPSS scores ≥ 26, suggesting that they were at the stress level with health risks, and the positive detection rate of stress status was 64.9%. There was a significant negative correlation between occupational stress and quality of working life(correlation coefficient rs=-0.727, P<0.001), and a significant positive correlation between psychological contract and quality of working life(correlation coefficient rs=0.630, P <0.001). Regression analysis showed that occupational stress negatively predicted quality of working life(P <0.001); normative dimension and interpersonal dimension of psychological contract positively predicted quality of working life(P <0.001, P <0.05). Conclusion The overall quality of working life of the new police is not good enough. By improving the situation of work-related stress and promoting the normative and interpersonal dimension of psychological contract, the quality of working life of the new police can be effectively improved, and the longterm occupational health can be promoted and maintained.
