我国PM2.5污染与儿童呼吸系统疾病门诊量关系的Meta分析

摘    要:目的 探究我国PM2.5污染与儿童呼吸系统疾病门诊量的暴露反应关系。方法 通过搜集并整理国内外数据库中2010—2020年发表的我国PM2.5浓度变化与儿童呼吸系统疾病门诊量的相关文献,运用Stata 11.0软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入21篇文献,22组数据。我国PM2.5质量浓度每升高10 μg/m3,儿童呼吸系统疾病门诊量的相对危险度RR为1.003(95%CI:1.003,1.004),发表偏倚校正后的RR为1.002(95%CI:1.002,1.003)。结论 我国PM2.5污染与儿童呼吸系统疾病的门诊量之间呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between PM2.5 pollution and the outpatient volume of children respiratory diseases in China. Methods By collecting and organizing the literature related to PM2.5 concentration changes and the number of outpatient visits for respiratory diseases in children in China published from 2010 to 2020 in domestic and international databases, meta-analysis was performed using Stata 11.0 software. Results A total of 21 papers with 22 data sets were included. An increase of 10 μg/m3 of PM2.5 corresponded to a relative risk(RR) of 1.003(95% CI:1.003-1.004) for children respiratory outpatient visits in China, and the publication bias-corrected RR was 1.002(95% CI: 1.002-1.003).Conclusion A positive association exists between PM2.5 concentrations and outpatient visits of children respiratory diseases in China.
