摘    要:目的 建立糕点食品中1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇和丙三醇的气相色谱快速测定方法。方法 以无水乙醇萃取糕点样品中的待测成分,经离心后,用DB-WAX石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.250mm,0.25m)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量。结果 1,2-丙二醇、乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇的检出限分别为1.9μg/ml、 9.1μg/ml、6.6μg/ml和105μg/ml;三个加标水平下的回收率范围为90.0%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~8.47%。所检20个样品中均检出了1,2-丙二醇,含量范围为0.62g/kg~3.26g/kg,其中10个样品中检出了丙三醇,含量范围为4.06g/kg~61.8g/kg。结论 本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于糕点中1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇和丙三醇的快速检测。

Abstract:Abstract : Objective To establish a method of rapid and simultaneous determination of I — propanediol, I , 3 — propanediol, ethylene glycol and glycerol in pastry by gas chromatography. Methods The analytes in sample were extracted with ethanol and centrifuged, then the supernatant was used for analysis. The four targeted analytes were separated by a DB — WAX capillary column (30 m x O. 250 mm, O. 25 11m) , detected by a flame ionization detector and quantified with internal Stan curves. Results The detection limits of I , 2 — propanediol, ethylene glycol, I , 3 — propanediol and glycerol were l. 9 pg/rnl,9. I pg/ml, 6. 6 pg,/ml and 105 pg/rnl, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 90. 0% to 107% with the relative Stan deviations ( RSDs) of l. 39% — 8.47% . Among the 2() samples analyzed, I , 2 — propanediol were detected in all of the samples with the contents ranging from O. 62 g/ kg — 3. 26 g/kg. Glycerol was detected in 10 samples with contents ranging from4. 06 g/ kg — 61. 8 g/kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the rapid determination of I , 2 — propanediol, I , 3 — propanediol, ethylene glycol and glycerol in pastry.
