| 摘 要： | 脂肪瘤是一种常见的来源于间叶组织的良性肿瘤,但临床上极少发生于颈部深层组织内。本文报道1例累及硬膜外隙的颈深部脂肪瘤,并结合文献对其发病情况、组织来源、诊断及治疗等进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Lipoma is one of the most common benign tumors derived from mesenchymal tissues. However, it is seldom to be found in deep neck. A case of lipoma in deep neck involving the epidural space was reported. The incidence, histopathology, diagnosis and treatment of this kind of disease were discussed. |
