| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性脑梗死的临床诊断和治疗。方法:对28例外伤性脑梗死患者以多种药物及联合手术治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果:28例伤后1年时格拉斯哥预后评分1分(死亡)5例,2分(植物生存)4例,3分(重残)9例,4分(中残)5例,5分(恢复良好)5例。结论:动态CT或MR I检查可尽早发现外伤性脑梗死;对外伤性脑梗死的治疗以多种药物联合、必要时手术治疗为主要治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods:A combination use of drugs and proper surgical procedure of 28 cases of traumatic cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results:One year after injury,the outcome of the patients was evaluated according to Glasgow outcome scale:one point(death) was observed in 5 cases,2 points(plant life) in 4 cases,3 points(severe disability) in 9 cases,4 points(moderate disability) in 5 cases and 5 points(good recovery) in 5 cas... |
