摘    要:目的 掌握邯郸市居民伤害发生情况,为预防伤害宣传教育提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对抽取的家庭,采用统一调查表,入户调查常住人口近两周内伤害发生情况。结果 两周伤害发生率为0.51%。两周伤害发生前3位是:骨折(58.60%)、扭拉伤(12.70%)、脑震荡(4.40%);导致两周伤害的原因前3位是:跌倒坠落(48.37%)、机动车车祸(24.84%)、钝器伤(4.58%)。各年龄组间两周伤害发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 75.070,P<0.01)。结论 邯郸市居民两周伤害发生率中老年人较高,摔倒和机动车车祸是导致伤害的主要原因。应重点加强中老年人和机动车以及非机动车驾乘人员的安全教育,增强居民安全意识。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the injury of Handan residents and provide scientific basis for prevention of injury. Methods Employing multi-stage cluster random sampling method, we investigated the injury occurrence of the resident population in the past two weeks. Results The two-week injury rate was 0.51%. The top three injuries were fracture (58.60%), sprain/strain (12.70%), and cerebral concussion (4.40%). The top three causes of two-week injuries were falls (48.37%), motor vehicle accidents (24.84%) and blunt force injuries (4.58%). There was difference in the two-week injury rate among different age groups(χ2=75.070, P<0.01). Conclusion The incidence of injury of residents in Handan city was high among the middle-aged and the elderly. Falls and motor vehicle accidents were the main causes of injury. The safety education of middle-aged and elderly people, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicle drivers should be emphasized to enhance residents’ safety awareness.
