非小细胞肺癌组织中CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

摘    要:目的:探究非小细胞肺癌组织中糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(CYFRA21-1)的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年6月于衡水市第二人民医院接受手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者50例,选取所有患者癌组织以及距离癌组织5 cm以上的癌旁组织制作标本待用,对待测标本进行免疫组化染色。采用化学发光法检测患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达。结果:癌组织中CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。肿瘤体积≥5 cm3患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达显著高于肿瘤体积<5 cm3患者(P<0.05)。侵及浆膜的患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达显著高于未及浆膜患者(P<0.05)。病理分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达显著高于病理分期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的患者(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移情况的患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达显著高于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05)。低分化患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达高于中分化患者,中分化患者CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1表达高于高分化患者(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌组织中CA199、CA153、CYFRA21-1呈现异常高表达,且与肿瘤体积、浸润程度、病理分期、淋巴结转移情况以及分化程度等临床病理参数具有一定相关性,与非小细胞肺癌发生和演进过程密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1)in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods:We selected 50 patients who received surgical treatment in No.2 People's Hospital of Hengshui from January 2016 to June 2017,and made specimens from all the patients'cancer tissues and the para-cancerous tissues which were more than 5 cm away from the cancer tissues.The specimens were stained by immunohistochemistry.The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 was detected by chemiluminescence method.Results:The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in patients with tumor volume(≥5 cm 3)were significantly higher than those in patients with tumor volume(<5 cm 3)(P<0.05).The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in serous invasion patients were significantly higher than those in missed serous invasion patients(P<0.05).The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in patients with pathological stageⅢandⅣwere significantly higher than those in patients with pathological stageⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in poorly differentiated patients were higher than those in moderately differentiated patients,and the expression of CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 in moderately differentiated patients were higher than those in well differentiated patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:CA199,CA153 and CYFRA21-1 were highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and they were correlated with clinicopathological parameters such as tumor volume,invasion degree,pathological stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree,and were closely related to the occurrence and evolution of non-small cell lung cancer.
