| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广东省中山市的艾滋病流行趋势。方法 采取流行病学现况研究的方法进行不同年代艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检出率的横断面研究。结果 2004年以来全人群的检测感染率逐年降低;一般人群、桥梁人群和高危人群4年来合计检出率差异有统计学意义 (Xsup2/sup＝250.12,IP/I0.05);一般人群和桥梁人群的检出率差异也有统计学意义 (Xsup2/sup＝48.97,IP/I0.05)。结论 HIV抗体检出率的分析涉及多个方面,要避免轻率地做出结论;另外要增加监测点,突出桥梁人群监测。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was conducted to find out the epidemic trend of AIDS in Zhongshan city in Guangdong province.Methods To study the epidemiologic situation of HIV, the cross-sectional method was conducted to research the detection rates of HIV test from 2004 to 2007.Results The infection rate of the population in Zhongshan city has reduced since 2004;the differences among the total detection rates of general population, bridge population and high-risk population were statistically significant(X2=250.12, P<0.05);the differences between the detection rates of general population, bridge population were also statistically significant(X2=48.97, P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis of HIV detection rate is related with many aspects, so a conclusion cannot be achieved easily;more surveillance station should be founded, and surveillance on bridge population should be emphasized. |
