| 摘 要： | 目的评估幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性。 方法检索有关幽门螺杆菌感染与非酒精性脂肪性肝病相关性的研究文献。采用随机效应模型分析相关数据。 结果共10篇文献入选。对其中符合病例对照研究的8篇文献进行二分类变量的Meta分析，得出研究间存在较大的异质性，且进行亚组分析无法解释异质性的来源，故尚无法通过Meta分析得出幽门螺杆菌感染与非酒精性脂肪性肝病间是否存在相关性。对10篇文献进行单组率的Meta分析，得出NAFLD患者中幽门螺杆菌感染率为47.7%（95%CI：0.334～0.620），较普通人群Hp感染率差异无统计学意义。 结论尚需高质量的研究进一步验证Hp感染与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo assess the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD). MethodsArticles that examined the association between Hp infection and NAFLD were searched. The certain data were pooled with a random-effects model. ResultsTen trials were included, among which, eight case-control studies were carried on a binary variables meta analysis. It was concluded that due to the significant heterogeneity which failed to be explained by subgroup analysis, it was unable to use a meta-analysis to explore the relationship between Hp infection and NAFLD. A single rate meta-analysis was carried out on the ten studies, it is concluded that Hp infection rate in patients with NAFLD was 47.7% (95%CI: 0.334-0.620), which had no significant difference from the rate of general population. ConclusionsHigh quality trials were needed to furtherly explore the relationship between Hp infection and NAFLD. |
