| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多发伤患者早期血浆组织因子（TF）及组织因子途径抑制物-1（TFPI）水平的动态变化及其意义。方法采用ELISA法测定2005年10月～2007年10月间30例多发伤患者伤后第1、2、3天血浆TF、TFPI-1和D-二聚体水平,同法测定25例健康人血浆相应指标作为对照组。结果血浆TF和D-二聚体水平在伤后第1天即已明显升高,伤后第2天达到峰值;TFPI-1在伤后随时间延长而降低。TF在伤后第1、2、3天与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）;D-二聚体和TFPI-1伤后第2、3天与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论多发伤后早期存在凝血功能异常和继发纤溶亢进,动态检测血浆中TF、TFPI-1和D-二聚体有利于了解多发伤后继发弥漫性血管内凝血及炎症反应程度,可为临床诊疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma tissue factor (TF) and tissue factor pathway inhibitor-1 (TFPI-1) and their significance in patients with multiple traumas.
