| 摘 要： | 目的 研究北京地区30家社区医院2010-2012年选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂使用情况。方法 对参与“北京社区医院药物利用与评价研究课题”的30家社区医院2010-2012年选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂的使用情况进行统计。结果 参与研究的30家社区医院2010-2012年选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂每年用量和金额逐年增大。按用量及百分比排序分别为：帕罗西汀（44.84%）、西酞普兰（32.4%）、氟西汀（11.60%）、舍曲林（10.9%）及氟伏沙明（0.1%）。共涉及生产厂家29家，其中中美史克制药有限公司和西安杨森制药有限公司所占全部市场消费金额最大，分别为42.40%和14.25%。结论 本研究中北京社区医院选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂每年用量和花费金额逐年增大。使用药品以帕罗西汀、西酞普兰为主，外资药品生产企业占据主要的市场份额。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the usage of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors in 30 community hospitals in Beijing from 2010 to 2012. Methods The data of the usage of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors in 30 community hospitals in Beijing from 2010 to 2012 were statiscally analysed. Results The doses and expense of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors for 30 community hospitals in Beijing from 2010 to 2012 are increasing. Those drugs are listed as follows, according to their doses and percentage： paroxetine （44.84%）, citalopram （32.4%）, fluoxetine （11.60%）, sertraline （10.9%） and lfuvoxamine （0.1%）. There are a total of 29 manufacturers involved in our study. Smith Kline, and Janssen took the big share of the market, which account for 42.40%and 14.25%, respectively. Conclusion The doses and expense of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors for community hospitals in Beijing are increasing. The frequently used selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are paroxetine and citalopram, and overseas-funded medicine enterprises take the majority market share. |
