| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析浙江省重症手足口病的危险因素。方法对肠道病毒阳性手足口病病例进行回顾性问卷调查,对调查结果进行非条件logistic回归分析。结果单因素logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、职业、发热、发热特征、精神状态差、呕吐、抽搐、易惊厥、肢体抖动、呼吸急促、白细胞计数增高、肠道病毒EV71阳性12个因素有统计学意义。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示EV71阳性、持续发热、精神状态差、呕吐、抽搐是危险因素。结论对早期监测手足口病重症危险因素,并及时对症治疗,可以减少手足口病病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the risk factors of severe cases of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Zhejiang province.Methods Retrospective analysis of HFMD cases was conducted by completing questionnaires in household interviews,and the data was statistically analyzed by logistic regression with SPSS 13.0 software.Results The single-variate logistic regression analysis indicated that 12 factors had statistical significance which included age,occupation,fever,fever feature,bad mental status,vomiting,convulsion,proneness to eclampsia,extremity tremble,ecphysesis,high-WBC and EV71 infection.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that EV71 infection,sustained fever,bad mental status,vomiting and convulsion were the risk factors.Conclusion Early monitor on the risk factors of severe cases of HFMD and heteropathy should be conducted to reduce the case-fatality. |
