| 摘 要： | 住院医师规范化培训是医学专业学生毕业后必须经过国家规定的培训基地经过系统的住院医师培训的一种制度，本文系统分析了住院医师规范化培训的重要性、中美住院医师规范化培训的差异和我国现阶段住院医师培训存在的问题，并提出了应对策略。

| Abstract: | The Standardized Training of Residency is a regulation by which medical graduates have to accept systematic training as residents. This essay analyzed the importance of Standardized Training of Residency and the difference between domestic and U.S. system. Also, the pending problems along with corresponding measures of current residency training have been discussed. |
