| 摘 要： | 目的 报告胚胎移植术后宫内外复合妊娠 4 例，并分析该病例发生的原因、临床表现、诊治方法及减少该病例发生的措施。 方法 通过 4 例青年女性因不孕行胚胎移植术后导致宫内外复合妊娠的临床病例分析。结果 4 例青年女性均通过完善相关检查后行腹腔镜检术行病灶清除或切除患侧输卵管。术后病检均证实宫外妊娠，宫内予以保胎治疗后目前产检均正常。结论 现因不孕行胚胎移植术后发生宫内外复合妊娠的几率呈明显上升趋势，需临床警惕其发生及避免误诊、提高预后率。

| Abstract: | Objective To report four cases of heterotopie pregnancy(HP) after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET); analysis the causes,clinical manifestations; and explore diagnosis and treatment measures. Methods The clinical data of 4 young women with HP who underwent IVF-ET were analyzed. Results All the four women were treated with lesionectomy and salpingectomy for sicked tube under laparoscopy. Ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by postoperative pathologic examination. And now they have normal check-ups after the intrauterine tocolytic therapy. Conclusion The chance of heterotopie pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer due to infertility is rising,we should be alert to its occurrence; avoid misdiagnosis,and improve prognosis. |
