| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性肛周坏死性筋膜炎的手术治疗及护理方法。 方法选取2012年6月~2014年12月我院收治的5例急性肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者，及时进行手术治疗及术后精心护理，观察患者治疗后的效果。 结果5例患者均治愈出院。 结论急性肛周坏死性筋膜炎的患者及时给予手术治疗，术后严密观察病情变化与精心的护理，能够使患者得到显著的治疗效果，避免炎症的扩散，减轻病痛。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the surgical treatment effect and nursing methods of acute crissum necrotizing fasciitis. MethodsFive patients with acute crissum necrotizing fasciitis were enrolled from June 2012 to December 2014 for observing the treatment effect after received timely surgery and carefully post-operation nursing. ResultsFive patients were cured. ConclusionsThe patients with acute crissum necrotizing fasciitis who received timely surgery, closely post-operation observation and carefully nursing can got significant treatment effect, avoid inflammatory diffusion and relieve painful. |
