| 摘 要： | 目的 研究对舟山群岛地区幽门螺杆菌对克拉霉素、阿莫西林、甲硝唑、左旋氧氟沙星的耐药情况。方法 采用Kirby-baner药敏纸片法对2006年9月至2007年3月因胃肠道症状而于我院胃镜室接受胃镜检查患者胃粘膜分离出的185株Hp菌株进行药敏测试。采用Mann-Whitney U和Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验法分析Hp对抗生素的耐药情况,及其与患者年龄、性别及疾病种类的关系。结果 各药的耐药情况分别为：克拉霉素28.1％、阿莫西林32.4％、甲硝唑99.5％、左氧氟沙星0.5％，并且各抗生素的耐药率与患者的性别、疾病及年龄间均无统计学差异。结论 舟山群岛地区对甲硝唑的耐药率明显高于其他地区，而对左旋氧氟沙星耐药率较低

| Abstract: | Drug Resistance of Helicobacter pylori in Zhoushan archipelago area Cao chun-yu, Jin hai, Tang wu-heng, Shan you-juan, Li song-cai. Gastroenterological Department of the third People`s Hospital, Zhoushan City, 316000, China Abstract? Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance of Helicobacter pylori (HP) clinical isolates in Zhoushan archipelago area. Method The antibiotic resistance of HP to clarith romycin amoxicillin, metronidazle and levofloxacin were checked by Kirby-banner testpaper. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests were adopted to analyze the relationship between the antibiotic resistance rate of each drug with sex, previous disease and age. Result The antibiotic resistance rate of clarith romycin was 28.1%, amoxicillin 32.4%, metronidazle 99.5% and levofloxacin 0.5%. There was no statistical significant difference within sex , previous disease and age. Conclusion HP clinical isolates in Zhoushan archipelago area are easily resistant to metronidazole , but susceptible to levofloxacin. |
